We do not offer discretionary refunds in any circumstances, please consider taking out travel insurance. ** POOL ACCESS ** Pool can be used until 7pm POOL SAFETY: there is no lifeguard and the deeps end of the pool is 7 feet, exercise caution, all kids must be with and adult that can swim For safety: no Glass is allowed by the pool (used paper or plastic ware). Pool access is optional for registered guests who wants to enjoy it, no invitees, no parties are allowed in order to respect the neighbor’s peacefully living. The pool is outdoor without screen enclosure, surrounded with beautiful trees. As far as the pool is concerned, there is no way of controlling the wind and ultimately the leaves on the trees. There too we provide a pool cleaning service two times per week, but when the wind blows the leaves fall in.

🔑 Private Suite Access During your stay, you’ll have access to your own private guest suite, conveniently located on the right side of the house. This space is completely independent, offering privacy and comfort throughout your visit. Please note before you book! We need to know the exact number of guests. Basic rate covers the first 3 guests. Any additional guests will pay $15.00 extra per guest per night at the time of booking. If you need to report any additional guests, must be done and paid for prior to check in. We do monitor the number of guests. One (1) parking spot is available in the property. If you arrive with an additional vehicles, it must be parked across the street.

I had a very good and peaceful stay at Isaac’s place. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed ! He reached out making sure everything was okay a few hours after I checked in , and you don’t usually get that these days . Isaac was also very quick to respond when I had a small inconvenience. The towels that were set out for me were brand new, and when I used them, quite a bit of lint stuck to me. It wasn’t a big issue at all and is completely understandable since new towels usually take a few washes to get rid of excess lint. Along with a new set of towel he brought me a small little gift for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated ! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Isaac’s place to others

We were in town for a wedding and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Quiet, well maintained, and just as pictured. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully prepared. Host was very friendly, responsive, and gave us clear instructions. It made our stay stress free and comfortable. Would absolutely book again! Thank you Isaac!
